The principals of Thomas & Farr Agency are Jerry W. Thomas and Joseph P. Farr. Thomas & Farr Agency is the result of the merger of the Thomas Insurance Agency of Monroe, Inc. and the Rodriquez-Farr Agency, Inc. in 1983. The Thomas Agency dated back to the 1940’s while the Rodriquez-Farr Agency originated in 1923.
