The Thomas & Farr Agency is the largest independent insurance agency in Northeast Louisiana. The principals of the Thomas & Farr Agency are Jerry W. Thomas & Joseph P. Farr. Thomas & Farr Agency, Inc. is the result of the merger between the Thomas Insurance Agency of Monroe, Inc. and the Rodriguez - Farr Agency, Inc. in 1983. The Thomas Agency dated back to the 1940's while the Rodriguez - Farr Agency dated back to 1923.
